A wise man once said ‘oooh whats your flavour, tell me what’s your flavour.’

What is flavour? A taste, a sip, a bite? The spice of life? An experience, a style? How does the inside of your mouth taste while you’re doing what you love? What does the mouth of your lover taste like? Flavour is the rich and the bitter, the bright and the dark, the all-consuming and the already consumed. The essential character of a thing, the distinction of one to the other, the defining quality. Both forbidden fruit and the fruits of your labour. It is a sour temperament or a sweet disposition, the artificial or natural? Raspberries or red food colouring. Introducing flavour, the flavour of the month. -MD
